HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Deb's Smiles and Styles. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@debsmilesandstyles.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
